Pediatric Department Vice Chair Leadership Opportunity

St. Luke's University Health Network is a leading healthcare provider in the region, seeking an experienced and collaborative Pediatric Vice Chair to oversee our clinical areas and provide strategic vision, leadership, and accountability.
Estimated Salary:$250,000 - $300,000 per year
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles. A pediatric subspecialty is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will be able to develop trust and work cooperatively in a diverse environment, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration across the department.
About the Role:- Collaborate with the Chair of Pediatrics and Vice President of the Pediatric Service Line to provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the clinical programs and services within the Department of Pediatrics.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and professional standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality, safety, and efficiency of care delivery and patient outcomes.
- Facilitate the recruitment, retention, and development of staff.
- Enhance the integration and collaboration among the divisions, departments, and interprofessional teams.
