Master Welder

The successful candidate will be responsible for welding parts and components using various techniques such as MIG, MAG, and TIG. They will work closely with our team to ensure high-quality flow control systems and meet production goals relating to efficiency, schedules, and scrap.

• Select the appropriate welding method, such as TIG, MIG, MAG or stick.
• Plan and lay out work from blueprints and manufacturers' specification sheets, using shop math and measuring instruments.
• Setting up and operating a conventional lathe for the preparation of welded parts.
• Proper Identification of materials and component preparation.
• Assembly activities during production.
• Welding repairs on raw and finished parts.
• Welding installations based on technical drawings.
• Complete all welding work assigned according to operation instructions.
• Verify the quality of finished work, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of specifications and workmanship.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• HS Diploma / GED and/or 0-2 years relevant experience.
• Welding experience in mechanical manufacturing or valve industry.
