About This Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Counselor to join our team at Bright Harbor Healthcare. As a Residential Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing support and supervision to residents in a group home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide guidance to residents to enhance their daily living skills and promote independence.
  • Offer transportation and participate in recreational activities with residents.
  • Provide case management services to ensure residents receive comprehensive support.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related discipline OR
  • A registered nurse with a combination of one or more years of college plus education and experience equal to four years OR
  • An LPN with two years of related experience OR
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, plus four years of relevant work or life experience.
  • Valid driver's license with fewer than six points.
