Tidewater Landscape Management is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth for our company.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven individual with a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for:
  • Identifying prospective customers and converting them into loyal clients
  • Promoting and selling our services to existing and prospective customers
  • Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships
  • Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within set schedules
  • Analyzing market trends and tracking sales performance

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Green industry experience required
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver sales agreements
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 per year, plus tiered commission structure.
