Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electrical engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting electrical engineers in the design of electric power transmission, substation and distribution systems.

Responsibilities
  • Assist electrical engineers in the design of electric power transmission, substation and distribution systems.
  • Prepare schematic, single-line and 3-line diagrams and layouts of substations.
  • Assist in preparing project cost estimates and schedules.
  • Troubleshoot, calibrate and maintain electrical instruments and testing equipment.
  • Inspect electrical system project work in the field for quality control and assurance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in electrical engineering.
  • US Permanent Resident or Citizen.
