Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is currently seeking a skilled travel Electrophysiology Technician to join our team in Paramus, New Jersey.
About the RoleThis 13-week assignment offers an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to enhance their skills and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care. As an Electrophysiology Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to cardiologists and other healthcare staff in performing electrophysiology procedures.
- Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver efficient and effective patient care.
- Prepare patients for procedures by ensuring they are properly positioned and equipped with necessary medical devices.
- Operate specialized equipment during electrophysiology procedures, including electrocardiograms, cardiac catheters, and defibrillators.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation of patient information, test results, and procedure details.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:
- At least one to three years of experience as an Electrophysiology Technician or a related field.
- A strong understanding of electrophysiology principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull equipment weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Visual acuity, hearing, and speech abilities sufficient to perform job duties.

- Estimated annual salary: $85,000 - $105,000, based on industry standards and location.
