About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Caliber Personnel. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Physical Therapist in Renton, WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities. Your expertise will enable you to develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans that meet the needs of patients, caregivers, and facilities.
  • Supervise and guide assistants and aides to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Contribute to case management by identifying and prioritizing issues, developing action plans, and ensuring positive outcomes.
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
  • Attend and participate in facility meetings, including utilization review, infection control, disaster preparedness, and other relevant topics.
Requirements
  • A degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited program or a substantially equivalent education.
  • State licensure/registration where applicable.
  • Ability to lift patients using appropriate biomechanical techniques frequently throughout the day, capable of lifting 50 pounds dead weight alone.
  • Visual acuity sufficient to evaluate, diagnose, and monitor patient needs and maintain accurate records.
