Automotive Sales Liaison

At Levittown Ford, we're seeking a skilled Automotive Service Representative to join our team. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary of $17.00 - 18.00 per hour, plus commission, making it an attractive choice for those looking to advance their careers in the automotive industry.
This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, as they will be responsible for responding to consumer internet inquiries and ensuring that the dealership meets its maximum profit potential on internet sales. The successful candidate will have thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services, and will be able to direct customers to product information resources.
The Automotive Service Representative will also be responsible for assisting customers in selecting a vehicle, understanding the psychology of internet customers, and working with them accordingly to draw them into the store for proper vehicle demonstration and to close the transaction. Additionally, they will maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business and establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
