Odell Medical Search is proud to partner with a cutting-edge Cancer Center in Northern NJ, seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse for their clinical research team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in cancer research and work closely with regulatory specialists, principal investigators, and sub-investigators.
About the RoleThis Day Shift position offers a competitive salary of $110,000 - $130,000 per annum, with flexible scheduling and no weekends, nights, or holidays. As a Clinical Research Nurse, you will be responsible for protocol management, collaboration, feasibility assessment, budget review, patient recruitment, appointment coordination, and patient-centric care.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical trial protocols, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date
- Collaborate with the research team to develop and implement study protocols
- Evaluate the feasibility of new studies and identify potential challenges
- Review and manage study budgets to ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate patient appointments and communicate effectively with patients, parents, and caregivers
To succeed in this role, you should have a valid RN license in NJ (or be willing to obtain one) and a BSN degree. Your passion for oncology nursing and your ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an ideal candidate for this position.
