About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Project Administrator to join our team at Enthalpy Analytical. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing support to our project managers, creating invoicing packages and customer reports, and assisting with the preparation of key metric reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to project managers in creating invoicing packages and customer reports
Assist with the preparation of key metric reporting and analysis
Assist with procurement and accounts payable teams to ensure timely uploading of packing documents
Provide customer account statements, confirm invoice receipt, and secure payment dates
Maintain and update financial records in project management and accounting systems

Requirements

Associate's degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in Accounts Receivable or supporting a Finance or Project Management team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of financial software systems is a plus
Strong communication skills with a service-oriented outlook
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
