About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Comprehensive Behavior Supports in Westwood, NJ. As an RBT-certified ABA Therapist, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs.
  • Collect and record data on client progress.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other professionals to ensure consistency and quality of care.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.
Requirements:
  • RBT Certification is required.
  • Experience in providing ABA therapy is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact.
