Senior Billing Analyst

Job Summary:

The Senior Billing Analyst will play a key role in managing the processes responsible for all customer billing operations. This role requires a passion for finding solutions and creating processes that support strategic opportunities.

This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures and streamlining effective billing processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the completion, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly billing

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the billing process

Ensure continuous oversight for RPA items as it relates to all items for Order to Cash

Build effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners in establishing and testing new processes and procedures to create efficiencies as part of our continued process improvement initiatives.

Manage the preparation and analyzing the results of revenue-related reconciliations

Assist with annual financial statement and internal control audits

Create and distribute regular billing metrics and ad-hoc reports to Senior Leadership

Lead process change by creating efficiencies and process documentation. Releasing new policies and procedures to appropriate company associates

Serve as a mentor to fellow associates guiding the learning and training process

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance (preferred)

5+ years of Billing and Finance experience
