We are seeking a highly skilled Leave and Attendance Analyst to join our team at Leander Independent School District.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for analyzing leave and attendance data, ensuring compliance with district policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze leave and attendance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement solutions to address leave and attendance issues
  • Collaborate with district staff to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, education, human resources)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., HR, operations, analytics)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
