Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular support meetings and offer service linkage as specified in the care plan.
  • Respond promptly to residents' emergencies and provide assistance with self-care and self-awareness.
  • Liaise with medical professionals, family members, and other relevant parties to ensure holistic care.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Addiction Recovery Coach or similar role in Behavioral Health or Substance Use Disorder Treatment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly compassionate and attentive to details, with the ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
