Outpatient Rehabilitation Leadership Opportunity

The Interim Clinical Director plays a pivotal role in maintaining clinic standards and achieving patient care goals. As the leader of our outpatient rehabilitation team, you will oversee operations and administration, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering exceptional patient management.
Responsibilities:- Meet census goals for the clinic and each clinician, with weekly scorecard reviews
- Evaluate and approve timecards to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations
- Interview, hire, and train clinical staff, including ongoing performance evaluations
- Maintain facility maintenance and ensure compliance with all employment laws
- Monitor staff compliance, resolve performance issues, and escalate to HR when necessary
- Foster teamwork and a supportive environment among staff members
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required; Doctorate preferred
- Professional license/certification and valid CPR certification
- Minimum 3 years of clinical outpatient experience and 2 years of clinical supervision or program development experience
- Knowledge of Prompt EMR system and ability to troubleshoot
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
- Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus and up to $2,500 relocation bonus
