Job Description



As a Medical Response Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to emergency and non-emergency ambulance calls to render appropriate clinical care to patients and provide safe and timely medical transportation to the appropriate destination.



Responsibilities:




  • Respond to emergency and non-emergency ambulance calls.

Requirements:



To be successful as a Medical Response Specialist, you must have:



Education:




  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.


Certifications:




  • NREMT certification at an EMT-B, I, or AEMT or Paramedic level.
  • CPR and ACLS (for Paramedics) certification.


Skills:




  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
