About the Role: As a Nursing Manager at The Laurels of Bon Air, you will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality of care, and maintaining open communication. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with admissions, orientating new staff, and providing input for care conferences. You will also be expected to coordinate replacement staff, transfer of residents, and maintain compliance with state regulations.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a RN diploma or degree from an accredited school of nursing. A minimum of three years of progressive nursing management experience, preferably in a long-term care setting, is also required. Additionally, you should have excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve and work effectively with others.
