Job Summary

Pinnacle Group, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Manager - Conversational AI Services to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Systems Engineering team, you will be responsible for managing innovative technology projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage multiple business stakeholders and technology leaders simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and escalate as needed, and remove roadblocks to ensure project progress.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Talent Management: Identify, hire, nurture, and mentor top talent to drive project success.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with AI innovation trends and have strong expertise in deep learning, NLP, ML-ops, and distributed systems.

Requirements

  • Education: Masters degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related technical discipline.
  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on management experience and 2+ years of experience collaborating directly with cross-functional teams.
  • Skills: Strong risk management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AI Expertise: Strong knowledge and interest in AI innovation trends, with expertise in deep learning, NLP, ML-ops, and distributed systems.

Compensation

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market, the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate, and other conditions of employment.
