Our Emerging Professionals Mentor Program is a six-month structured program designed to develop competencies and clinical reasoning skills for entry-level Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy practitioners. This program is tailored for recent graduates seeking to establish a broad clinical knowledge base during their first few critical years in the field. The program assists novice clinicians to become successful in an environment that promotes patient-centered care, evidence-based practice, and lifelong learning.

Mentor Program Highlights:
  • A comprehensive 6-month professional development program to transition novice clinicians to confident and well-rounded professionals
  • A structured program manual with weekly established goals and expectations
  • Gradual progression of patient care over the first two months
Requirements:
  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • Current CPR certification
  • Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
