Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Glens Falls Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Observe and report any changes in residents' health status to the supervising nurse
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, shaving, and grooming
  • Set up and serve meal trays, and document food and fluid intake
  • Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements
  • Make beds and maintain a clean and tidy living environment
  • Transport residents within the facility
  • Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data
Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member
  • Successful completion of a CNA program
  • Current CNA state certification
  • Good standing with the state registry
