Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Franchise, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct activities and perform repetitive tasks while collaborating with team members and customers.
  • Provide a warm greeting to customers and take orders with a friendly attitude.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of all store facilities and equipment.
  • Assist in inventory management by stocking ingredients and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Prepare products according to Domino's specifications and guidelines.
  • Efficiently receive and process telephone orders to guarantee customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in basic math skills for accurate monetary transactions.
  • Utilize computer systems and touch screens comfortably.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires standing for the majority of your shift and involves various physical activities, including:

  • Walking on surfaces such as ceramic tile and linoleum.
  • Unloading bulk product deliveries, which may weigh up to 50 pounds.
  • Occasional crouching, bending, or using stairs during job tasks.
  • Hand-eye coordination for tasks such as shaping pizza dough and handling pizza cutters.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 16 years.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check.
