Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 based on industry standards and the location in Southern California.

Job Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and service complex technical equipment at customer locations, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to customers on the use of technical products, including installation, operation, and maintenance procedures. Offer ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Customer Relations: Foster positive partnerships with outside sales representatives to provide an exceptional customer experience, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  • Field Activities: Record field activities in call tracking software applications to ensure accurate information on customer interactions and preferences.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Technical Aptitude: Demonstrate mechanical, technical, and electronic aptitude, with a minimum of 1 year of experience repairing or troubleshooting electronic components in complex machines.
  • Education and Experience: Prior work experience in education or technical training, knowledge of technical products, and some technical school training preferred but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively train clients and communicate with colleagues and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Be a strong problem solver with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
