We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team based out of Monmouth County, NJ. This role will focus on growing our commercial business footprint by identifying and establishing contact with potential customers, scheduling product demonstrations, and building relationships with clients.

You'll join a team of industry experts who will assist you in generating new business while selling broad-range pest control and management services that support our clients' business objectives.

  • A competitive base salary of $75,000 - $131,000 per year (with uncapped commissions)

Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role include networking, building relationships with clients, and persuading them to use our services. Key tasks include:
  • Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers
  • Scheduling and performing product demonstrations with potential customers
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on our business services
  • Building and maintaining an active pipeline, measuring KPIs, and using our proven sales strategy to meet ambitious recurring revenue targets
  • Exceeding assigned sales revenue goals

Requirements

  • Previous account executive or sales experience preferred, but not required

About the Role
