Overview

At Jarboe's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. As a Sales Lead Generator, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal.

The Role

As a Sales Lead Generator, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers at our partner businesses, answering their questions about our products and services, and encouraging them to schedule appointments for estimates. You'll be a brand ambassador for our company, representing us in a professional and honest manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers approaching the company display to encourage them to stop and learn about our products and services
• Walk throughout the stores, engaging customers in conversations about their home service needs
• Explain features and benefits of our various products and services while soliciting information from customers on their individual needs
• Schedule appointments for our Sales Consultants to visit customers' homes to provide estimates for products and services
• Build rapport and relationships with the store's leadership team
• Attend required monthly meetings and trainings
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically

Qualifications

• Ability to work at one of our Costco partner locations (Bardstown Rd. or 5020 Norton Heathcare Blvd.)
• Prior experience working in retail is highly desired but not required
• Required to be standing/walking or sitting for 4-8 hours at a time
• Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
• A+ communication and customer service skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have the ability to use a smartphone utilizing email and text
• No HVAC or Water Treatment experience required
