Job Title: Associate Brand Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

As a key member of the Cooper Companies team, the Associate Brand Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth and success. This position requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement marketing plans for assigned brands, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies and provide necessary support to drive sales growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions and ensure competitive positioning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales directors and cross-functional team members.


Requirements:


  • 3-5 years of experience in product or brand management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA/Master's degree a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to distill complex information into senior-level updates and make data-driven decisions.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other applications, with experience in data analysis and visualization a plus.


Work Environment:


  • Normal office environment, with sedentary to light physical effort required.
  • Prolonged sitting and use of computer, with occasional travel required (up to 10-15% of time).


Compensation:

The starting base pay for this role is between $93,000 and $122,500 per year, with cost of living adjustments and other benefits available. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
