Job Summary:

The Division of Vascular Surgery at SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking a medical student to assist in research projects and clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record and a passion for research.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and analysis of research studies, as well as contributing to the development of research proposals and manuscripts. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and implementation of research studies
  • Contribute to the development of research proposals and manuscripts
  • Collect and analyze data
  • Assist in the preparation of research presentations and posters
Requirements:
  • Current enrollment at SUNY Upstate Medical University
  • Approval for financial aid through the Student Financial Aid office
  • Strong academic record and a passion for research
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in clinical research
Work Arrangements:

This is a Federal Work Study position available to current SUNY Upstate Medical University students who have been approved for and accepted Federal Work Study through the Financial Aid Office.

Salary and Benefits:

$17/hour
