Toolmaker Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Toolmaker Specialist to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining precision tools and dies for our production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to design and build precision tools and dies.
• Operate various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to fabricate and maintain tools and dies.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with tooling and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve processes and designs, and to enhance overall product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience working in a tool fabrication environment as a tool maker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
