Cannabis Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced Cannabis Sales Leader to join our team at Parallel, a leading global well-being company pioneering the benefits of cannabinoids.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to build and guide a store team to achieve sales growth and profitability. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing and executing business strategies, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet financial targets
- Lead and manage a high-performing store team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, building relationships with customers, and driving customer engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute company-driven promotions and launches, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and brand objectives
- Manage budget expenditures, reduce Loss Prevention, and optimize product returns/damages
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting financial targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
We provide a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, 401(k) matching, and access to employee wellness programs.
