Job Title: Project Finance Lawyer
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Project Finance Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in project finance and strong competency in drafting and negotiating principal financing documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate principal financing documentation
- Review project documentation
- Collaborate with our global team to work on complex and challenging projects
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in project finance
- Strong competency in drafting and negotiating principal financing documentation
- Experience in reviewing project documentation is preferred but not required
Compensation: The full-time base annual salary for this position in the New York City, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, and San Francisco market is expected to range between $365,000-$435,000. Salaries in other markets will vary depending on market data. Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
