Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a House Supervisor. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to facilitate the delivery of patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff in the delivery of patient care
  • Monitor and ensure the efficient use of resources to maintain high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Supervise and lead nursing staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • 3+ years of acute care experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Critical care or charge nurse experience
  • ACLS and CCRN certifications
