Department Summary
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our television and smart home solutions. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure your success in this position.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- We offer a guaranteed promotion after six months, along with a $1.00 per hour pay increase.
- You will be eligible for performance incentives, with the potential to earn up to $6,400 in your first year and $9,100 each following year.
- You will receive paid training, paid time off, and paid holidays.
- We offer a 4-day work week with opportunities to work overtime.
- We provide medical, dental, vision, and life insurance packages, as well as a Health Savings Account.
- You will receive free DISH TV programming at a value of $114.99/month at your home, plus deeply discounted Sling TV and Boost Infinite phone plans.
- We offer a 401(K) plan with company match and an Employee Stock Purchasing Program (ESPP).

- You will have access to a DISH-supplied van, tools, and uniforms.
