Position Overview
Mathy Construction Company, a leading hot mix asphalt production and paving business, seeks an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join its innovative Construction team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining company equipment and machinery, ensuring the highest level of safety and productivity.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing malfunctions and repairing equipment
- Maintaining asphalt and aggregate equipment
- Ensuring compliance with safety programs and policies
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license, CDL preferred
- Experience in heavy construction equipment repair
- Physically fit to perform job functions
- Ability to communicate effectively
