We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced medical professional to join our team as a Per Diem Medical Professional at Providence Mission Hospital Mission Viejo. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing top-notch patient care and collaborating with a talented team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to the highest standards of medical ethics and professionalism.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Float to various departments and specialties as needed, utilizing your skills and expertise to meet the evolving needs of the hospital.
- 1+ years of experience in a medical setting, with a focus on advanced life support, pediatric care, and neonatal resuscitation.
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIH, with a strong emphasis on patient safety and quality care.
- Experience working with electronic medical records, specifically EPIC, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule, with flexibility to float to various departments and specialties as needed.
- Experience working in a hospital setting, with a focus on medical management and patient care.
- Knowledge of color blind testing and certification, with a strong emphasis on patient safety and quality care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
