Shift: 4x10 days (7-5, 8-6, or 6-4); Training: M-Th 9-7 for first 40 hours

Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Experience: Five years of clinical experience, with two years in a comparable position

License: Must possess appropriate LPC, LCSW, LMFT certification or licensing in the state of practice

Certifications: Valid driver's license preferred unless required by contract or applicable statute

Must-Have: Graduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical area

Job Description:

  • Provide clinical mental health services of a nonmedical nature.
  • Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews.
  • Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on evaluations.
  • Document treatment and evaluation activities in the health care record.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive materials and information.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of psychological counseling theories and techniques.
  • Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions for those under care.
  • Assist with monthly evaluations, mental health exams, and suicide risk management.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
