Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of delinquent tax accounts, including contacting taxpayers and negotiating payment plans
Provide exceptional customer service, answering complex taxpayer questions and resolving issues in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, laws, and procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex tax issues
Requirements:
Associate's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and procedures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
