Healthcare Service Coordinator

**Job Summary**
Planned Parenthood of Southern New England, Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Clinic Assistant Float. This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support services in our healthcare centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clinicians in delivering high-quality healthcare services that prioritize patient well-being.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring patients receive personalized attention and support.
- Contribute to achieving productivity and revenue cycle goals through effective collaboration with center managers and clinicians.
- Maintain knowledge of organizational and clinical standards, protocols, and policies.
- Perform technical and administrative tasks, such as blood pressure measurements, venipuncture, lab work, medical charting, and basic office functions.
Requirements:
- Solution-oriented attitude with a positive, optimistic, and confident approach.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and tact.
- Comfortable discussing sensitive topics, such as sexuality, contraception, and reproductive health.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
