Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Network Right. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional looking to take their career to the next level and be part of a dynamic startup environment.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales, sales development, or business development, with a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification.
About the Role:
Job SummaryThis is a full-time position reporting to the CEO. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and qualifying potential clients through research, cold calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
- Developing and maintaining an ongoing pipeline of qualified leads
- Providing expert knowledge on Network Right's suite of products and services to clients and prospects
About You:
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, sales development, or business development
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred

About the Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60K - $75K, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

About the Interview Process:
The interview process typically consists of three rounds, including a phone call with the recruiter, a 45-minute Zoom call with the sales consultant, and a 45-minute presentation with the CEO and CTO.
