Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Service Ambassador to join our team at Velocity Wings. As a Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, creating a positive first impression by greeting guests, managing reservations, and seating them promptly.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly first impression.
  • Manage reservations and waiting lists, ensuring efficient seating of guests.
  • Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, providing information about the restaurant and menu options.
  • Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area.
Requirements
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • At least 18 years of age (unless permitted by law).
  • Experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment preferred.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment.
  • Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day, preferred.
