Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team, who will float between outpatient hospitals within the GWSM region. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • To assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • To provide occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment recommendations.
  • To collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports to track patient progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program required. Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state OT license required.
