Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, plus competitive per visit rates and performance incentives. As a full-time employee, you will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation days, holidays, sick leave, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and 401k.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team of highly skilled professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and administering prescribed physical therapy treatment and training for patients suffering from various injuries, illnesses, and functional disabilities. This will involve testing and screening patients' physical strengths, developing and implementing conditioning and rehabilitation programs, and collaborating with physicians and clinical teams to achieve maximum results.

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- An advanced degree in Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an institution accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
- A current and unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of California
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and physical therapy programs
- Ability to assess patient condition and work with treatment plans
- A minimum of 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience in an institutional setting
- A minimum of 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience with a home health agency
