Vascular Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Vascular Technologist to join our team at Trinity Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting non-invasive vascular testing to provide data used by physicians in diagnosis and treatment of arterial and venous disorders.

• Perform high-quality diagnostic non-invasive vascular testing, including carotid duplex, peripheral venous duplex, peripheral vein mapping, and other advanced vascular examinations.
• Provide complete and accurate written and verbal preliminary reports for physician review, highlighting normal versus pathological findings.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring proper positioning and adjustment for optimal exam results.
• Explain test procedures to patients, address their concerns, and elicit cooperation throughout the examination.
• Work independently, utilizing independent judgment to accurately identify and differentiate normal versus pathological findings.
• Collaborate with vascular surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.

• Associate Degree in Applied Science of Vascular Technology or completion of an accredited Vascular Sonography program.
• Registration through ARDMS (RVT) or CCI (RVS) required.
• 6-12 months related experience preferred, with a strong foundation in vascular testing and equipment operation.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
