Job Overview

Saint-Gobain North America is seeking a highly skilled Community Relations and Philanthropy Manager to lead our non-profit operations and strategic partnerships. This role will guide our community relations efforts, volunteer programs, and employee engagement in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Create and implement annual plans for the Saint-Gobain North America Foundation in alignment with our corporate social responsibility goals.
  • Manage Budgets: Oversee the allocation of $1.4 million in grants, direct donations, and matching gifts to support our philanthropic activities.
  • Operational Management: Handle day-to-day operations, including budgeting, financial management, and administration, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Giving Campaigns: Plan, develop, and implement giving campaigns to support Saint-Gobain's philanthropic and community engagement activities.
  • Grant Making: Identify potential grant recipients, conduct due diligence, and ensure compliance to support organizations aligning with our priorities.
  • Community Outreach: Support ongoing implementation and expansion of community outreach strategies, including workforce development programs.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Monitor program impact, evaluate effectiveness, and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, philanthropy, communications, or social sciences.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years managing corporate foundations, CSR programs, volunteer programs, and employee engagement.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, relationship-building, project management, written and verbal communication, and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Estimated Salary Range:

$95,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience and location.
