  • Participate in our weekly lecture series, hosted by leading clinicians, to stay informed on various mental health topics.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Meet with your provider at a regular cadence (2 hours per month) for clinical and professional development discussions.
  • Review and respond to clinical questions and escalations during normal business hours.
  • Conduct 5 chart reviews per month.
  • Act as the collaborating/supervising physician, overseeing care provided by NPs.
  • Execute duties outlined in collaborative practice/supervising physician agreements, including tele-meetings, case reviews, and prescription consultations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to clinicians under your supervision.
  • Offer constructive feedback on clinician performance.
  • Maintain remote access to our Electronic Medical Records system.
Qualifications
  • State California Medical License, focus on Behavioral Health and Psychiatry.
  • Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
  • Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification.
  • Preferred 2 years of Mental Health Practice Experience.
  • Clinical and administrative supervisory experience.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

As a Supervising Psychiatrist, you'll receive a monthly stipend upon completion of monthly requirements. Each PMHNP you supervise will be paid $900 per month, and you can supervise up to 4 PMHNPs globally. Compensation is $900 per supervisee per month, with a maximum of $3600 per month for 4 supervisees.
