Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Abbeville County Memorial Hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience in critical care nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a high-stress environment
  • Assess patient chief complaints and prioritize patient needs according to severity of illness/injury
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Current SC Nursing License or Multi-state license
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Priority given to ED or critical care nursing experience
  • New RN graduates with prior experience as an LPN, EMT, or non-RN experience may be considered
