Beauty Sales Professional

At CosmoProf, we are seeking a talented Beauty Sales Professional to join our team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of beauty products and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
As a Beauty Sales Professional, your primary objective will be to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for building relationships and inspiring loyalty, recommending additional and complementary products, informing customers of current promotions and events, setting up advertising displays and arranging merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events, ensuring our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program, completing transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a professional store environment, and communicating inventory issues.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about beauty and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Beauty Sales Professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are ever the same. You will be working with a variety of products, including hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in these areas.
In addition to your passion for beauty, we are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to multitask, and has excellent time management skills. You will be working in a team environment, so strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
