Early Childhood Educator

Your Role:
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for implementing KinderCare's research-backed curriculum, creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow, and partnering with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children. You will also support your center's success by working collaboratively with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to meet state-specific qualifications for the role and hold a valid Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or be willing to obtain one. Additionally, you will need to be physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
