Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, paid holidays, PTO, short- and long-term disability insurance, paid life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and an employee stock purchase plan.

Job Responsibilities
  • Gather accurate customer information to create a database for follow-up and retention purposes.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of product information, sales pricing, dealership events, and manufacturer promotions.
  • Utilize computer and phone skills to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention within our Internet department.
Qualifications
  • Presentation and communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Basic computer skills, including typing efficiency.
