Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an entry-level Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team providing quality support to end users.
About Us:
Sensory Interactive designs, executes, and operates Dynamic Real Estate solutions. We integrate technology in public spaces to improve guest experiences and deliver untapped value.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for IT end-users, demonstrating mastery of desktop systems and/or various software applications and concepts;
Maintain the integrity and performance of company databases, configuring database servers either in-house or cloud-based and optimizing database performance;
Assist in the planning, designing, and execution of user testing efforts, informing end users of changes in databases and training them to utilize systems;
Evaluate complex information coming from a variety of sources, including Salesforce.com and locally saved knowledge stores (mainly MS Excel);
Monitor database performance and address system vulnerabilities, ensuring the security of company data by implementing security best practices and hardening of administrate infrastructure;
Configure hardware and software to support high-availability computing services, recommending quality metrics and ensuring quality metrics are documented and tracked;
Resolve data quality issues and hardware and data management tasks.
