Assistant Treasury Management Officer

The Assistant Treasury Management Officer is a key role within the Treasury Management team at Republic Bank. This position is responsible for working closely with Treasury Management Officers to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth through the sale of Treasury Management products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Treasury Management Officers in the account opening process and servicing existing clients to maintain and improve deposit relationships.
- Proactively contact clients to make them aware of new products and services, provide excellent customer service, and retain their business.
- Maintain a portfolio of clients and contact each client a minimum of two times a year, documenting interactions in Salesforce.
- Develop and implement strategies to cross-sell Treasury Management products and services to existing clients.
- Provide a high level of customer service and promote all Treasury Management products and services.
- Analyze reports from various areas to effectively target clients for cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting the position and area of responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of years of work experience in a banking operations role preferred.
- Minimum of -year previous sales experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively sell bank products and services required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications required.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Travel between Republic Banking facilities may be required, and occasional out-of-town travel may be necessary. A flexible work schedule that includes some evenings, weekends, and overtime work is required.
