Como técnico de reparación electrónica especializado, se espera que realice las siguientes tareas:
- Repara equipos electrónicos complejos y herramientas a nivel de componente
- Desarrolla productos intermedios
- Comunica con clientes como sea necesario
- Crea fijuras complejas
- Analiza la garantía y desarrolla soluciones de causa raíz
- Procesa el informe de servicio requerido
- Participa en la Iniciativa de Cultura de ATS; mejora continuamente los procesos; monitorea cuantitativamente los procesos. Cumple con los cursos de calidad fundamentales y utiliza habilidades y técnicas presentadas. Utiliza los valores básicos en entorno laboral. Se ajusta a procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa y del cliente.
Para ser considerado para este rol, debes tener:
- Título de Asociado (A.A.) o equivalente de una escuela comunitaria o escuela técnica; y cinco a ocho años de experiencia relacionada y/o capacitación; o diez años de combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia
- Habilidad para leer e interpretar documentos como reglas de seguridad, instrucciones de operación y mantenimiento, y manuales de procedimiento; escribir informes y correspondencia rutinarios; hablar de manera efectiva ante grupos de clientes u empleados de la organización; calcular figuras y cantidades como proporciones, porcentajes, área, circunferencia y volumen; aplicar conceptos de álgebra básica, física y geometría; aplicar sentido común para llevar a cabo instrucciones proporcionadas en forma escrita, oral o en forma de diagrama; manejar problemas involucrando varias variables concretas en situaciones estándar.
- Debes poseer una comprensión profunda de electrónica y/o mecánica y poseer habilidades de diagnóstico intermedias a complejas como resultado de experiencia de reparación.
Se evaluará tu desempeño sobre tus logros personales, tus contribuciones al equipo y tus comentarios de los clientes. También se te harán pruebas de habilidades y cognitivas periódicamente para verificar tu capacidad para crecer en tu papel.
